The separation of Political Bands

So the NSA is reading our emails according to Snowden right?

 And the FBI has placed Assata Shakur on the Domestic Terrorist List while turning up its efforts by offering a 2 million dollar reward for assistance resulting in her return to the United States (dead or alive)  for escaping her demise in a trumped up charge of murdering a law officer over 30 years ago.

Please remember people that  When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for a people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them,  

a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation” 

So my questions is - 

1.       What impels you to dissolve your political bands that have connected you to a political party and separate?

and please consider that it is possible to be a part of a Tribe, a nation, a movement or a clan and not be a part of a State.

and call me to the carpet if you think I'm wrong!

- The word `state' expresses merely the positive or actual organization of the legislative, or judicial powers; thus the actual government of the state is designated by the name of the state; hence the expression, the state has passed such a law, or prohibited such an act. 
- State also means the section of territory occupied by a state, as the state of Indiana  

So to be very clear and straight to the point, place your attention on the “movement of Zionism” and how it resulted in the establishment of a “State” of Israel.

In 1897 (Interesting Year), the Zionist Organization was founded and the First Zionist Congress proclaimed its aim "to establish a home for the Jewish people in Palestine secured under public law."

Thereafter on May 14, 1948 in Tel Aviv, the Zionist Commission was granted official status in Article 4 of the Jewish Agency for Palestine and the State of Israel was established. 

The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad (born in 1897) said to take the Muslim Program before Congress, and now more than ever it's become ever so clear as to why he instructed his people to do this.

If we are to have a separate State of our own (as the Jews did in Tel Aviv in 1948), then how else are we to do it except that we organize, establish our boundaries, and separate?

And in doing so -  according to the decent respect to the opinions of mankind - declare the causes which impel them to their separation” 

So again remember, that a State is that quality which belongs to a person in society, and which secures to, and imposes upon him different rights and duties in consequence of the difference of that quality, and it is then that The People of that State may ordain their Constitution as in the Constitution of any State on the continent of America.

And for those haters out there who say that you can't do that because  secession is something the United States Court ruled on in Texas v. White, 74 U.S. 700 (1869)  and said in their Opinion that the Constitution does not permit “states” to do this -  
Nothing stops aseparate peoplebound  together by common habits "different" from another people with unalike habits to dissolve their political bands which have connected them into one body politic to withdraw from its “State”.
Which is why you can reside in a state and not be a citizen of that State.  

Just simply allow your State ID to expire and that’s that!
So to wrap it up – think back on July 4, 1776 when IN CONGRESS the unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America declared that all men are created equal, and that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.—and that to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --
And That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. 

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. 

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”

So again - 

What impels you to dissolve your political bands that have connected you to a political party and separate?

Moreover, how in the world can any people (State) have the audacity to place anyone on its Domestic Terrorist List while simultaneously allowing another organization to exist with a history of like atrocities and not pursue its past members "like"Olen Burrage - now deceased, who was acquitted in the case of three civil rights workers killed by Ku Klux Klansmen in Mississippi in the 1960's?

Compare to -
